KES KES (Kunden Entwicklung System) is a customer relationship management system. It has been specifically designed for supporting and monitoring of marketing activities of companies with no direct influence and control over it's distribution channel (for example companies selling through distributors or agents), but where the company and product image has a vital role.

System has been designed to support multiple customer target groups and supports different customer segmentation methods. KES is integrated with Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Outlook and makes it possible to work off-line(for exmple in the field) and then later synchronize the data with the central system.
 
SCM Portal SCM Portal is a suppliers self-service portal, through which it is possible to receive orders and notifications, plan deliveries and even (depending on their contrag type) monitor stocks, production plans and parts statistics of items they supply and this way ensure a quick and optimal mterial flow.

SCM Portal is tightly integrated with ERP/Production Planning systems, its workflow based architecture makes it easier to customize, control and manage the business processes, as well as making it intuitive, presenting a single list of tasks awaiting the supplier to process.
 
KDP KDP is a field service planning and support system. Its main goal is to centrally plan and optimize field engagement, but the KDP sytem supports the complete service process, from data entry to filling in field service reports on mobile devices.

KDP system architecture is workflow based and can be integrated with CRM and ERP systems.
